Senior Sales Negotiator

A great opportunity has arisen for a motivated and competent Senior Sales Negotiator to join our successful, expanding office. We are looking for an individual with drive and ambition who can take on the role and make it their own whilst taking responsibility for the profitability of the office.

As expected of such a role, the successful candidate will be expected to carry out the following duties:

  • Maintain current client relationships
  • Improving office functions to maximise efficiency
  • Canvassing for new business using effective marketing tools to attract vendors & buyers
  • Co-ordinating property valuations
  • Providing assistance and guidance to less experienced members of staff
  • Setting, monitoring and hitting targets
  • Contributing to the continued success of the sales department and the office as a whole

Applicants should have at least two years experience within estate agency, good knowledge of the Norfolk area, residential sales, exceptional negotiation and communication skills as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership qualities are essential as well as the ability to motivate others.

A professional work ethic, good telephone manner and smart appearance will be expected and it is essential that you have a full UK driving license and can provide good references.

Sales Negotiator

We are currently seeking a Sales Negotiator for our expanding office. We are hoping to find an individual with drive, ambition and a passion for property. Your requirements for the role include:

  • The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service
  • Identify key requirements and match these to our property portfolio
  • Have a polite and confident telephone manner, describing properties correctly and in detail
  • Hold good time management
  • Achieve targets
  • Attend property viewings with prospecive buyers

Suitable candidates should have previous customer service experience, be target driven, have the ability to work effectively within a team, have good organisation and communication skills and be well-presented and personable. Previous sales experience not required but, is preferred. Most important of all is for the right candidate must have lots of energy, enthusiasm and a passion for the business. It is essential that you have a full UK driving license and can provide good references.

Saturday Office Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Saturday Office Coordinator.

This role includes working every Saturday between the hours of 08:45am and 4:00pm. Your responsibilities will include assisting both the sales and lettings teams, meeting and greeting visitors to the office, coordinating reception, answering telephone calls and applicant registration. First impressions are fundamental in this role, so we are looking for a well presented, confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience is not essential but, is an advantage. So, if you can commit to working every Saturday, have an interest in property, customer service and would love to be a part of our expanding team, we would love to hear from you!
